Unimpressed.
Difficult to find parking space, and cars very very close together. On way back waited 25 mins for shuttle at airport, bus came eventually, no hold for suitcases, so everyone squashed into bus with cases onboard , some shelving, but cases unsecured, very dangerous as moving about. People had to stand with their cases in aisle. Driver not helpful just told people to move up. This would never happen on a coach in Spain. Far too many people and cases, will get taxi next time. Not worth £45 to be treated so poorly.

Never Never !!!!!!!!!
Please People Never use Flying Scott Parking.
I picked up my car from this carpark early Hours Sunday 1st May 2022 it was dark and raining and drove home i noticed the next morning it had been damaged and contacted flying scott , they said a manager would phone back. No Response 3 days later i phoned back to ask if they could check cctv to find the culprit to be told that nothing can be done and basically tough luck. So people even if its dark pouring with rain check check the vehicle before leaving take loads of pics and report it, but i think even then you will be on your own, i will never use this car park again going to skyport next time. good luck

Never again!!!!!!!
Have just used this car park for the last time. Picked up my car to find the drivers side carpet, pedals, door frame and sill caked in mud. The car was dropped off the previous week in a spotless condition. I took pictures of the mess and completed a complaint form but have had no response so far. I can only assume that the person who moved my car had just finished a shift pulling turnips from a mucky field. As if the mess wasn't bad enough they had clearly scraped the muck from their feet onto the door sill. Have used them many times before because they are usually the cheapest. Unfortunately there is a lack of competition for them at the moment thanks to the pandemic. Hopefully the cleaner self parking car parks such as Direct Parking will open up again soon. In the meantime I would recommend getting a friend or taxi to drop you at airport. Ps they offer a valet service but no one offered to clean the mess that had been made to my car. If you decide to risk using them then I recommend you get them to check over your car before leaving it with them and take plenty of before and after pics. Good luck.

Don't go near Flying Scot Parking Glasgow
Stay well away from Flying Scot Parking Glasgow. In December 2021 I booked a flight from Glasgow to South Africa and parking at Flying Scot Glasgow from 13/12/2021 to 27/12/2021 for GBP58.50. On 3 December 2021 Emirates cancelled all flights to Southern Africa due the Covid pandemic. On 4 December 2021 I sent Flying Scot an e-mail to cancel my parking and to refund the money paid. After 4 e-mails and 1 phone call I have still received no response from Flying Scot Parking and no sign of any refund. A disgusting ripoff, that they can keep my GBP58.50 (including VAT) for absolutely no service of any sort?

Avoid if you value your car.
Left my car here for two weeks in October. I am never happy to leave keys, but this was the only car park operating, so had no choice. It was difficult to find a space, eventually I did, a fair distance from reception. The park is not all in good condition, frequent potholes and not very well lit. When I returned, my car had been moved to a space nearer to the reception, I arrive at around 3 am, in pouring rain, and the car looked as if it was in a lake, I had to go through water over my shoes to get in, it had been parked in a hollow. However, the worst was to come, it was only the following day, in daylight, that I saw damage to the rear offside, a severe dent. This is going to cost me between £300-400 to repair. If my car had not been moved, I believe this would not have happened, as the original space backed on to a wall. On a previous occasion the car was under a lamp post, when I returned it was covered in bird s**t.
I would not recommend this park, hopefully some of the others that are currently closed, will re-open. I am going away again in December, but if this is the only available park, I will get a taxi, it will cost me more but at least my car will be safer at home.

So impressed with this service
So impressed with this service - arrived back from Phuket with my husband and my 14 month old baby! Caronavirois is so rife and yet we were met with the kindest man straight off our flight with bottled water and the service vehicle completely disinfected! I would never have guessed that Scotland would be so accommodating. The driver was so lovley and when we got our vehicle back - you name it, we got a flatly! This woman - aka - my guardian angel - took us to get our tyre fixed at the nearest garage (free of charge) and I can't tell you how kind she was! Turns out this lady was the Owner who was on her way home! Love this kind of small miracle!

Faultless, reliable service!
I’ve been using Flying Scot for over ten years. Faultless service - always greeted with no hassles. It’s a pleasure to leave my car with a family run business and be treated with a smile a good old fashioned banter when I return. Keep up the good work!

Dear god
Dear god. If I could give this company zero stars, believe me I would. They have absolutely NO sense of customer service. Their staff are rude, don't listen, lie to your face, and are frankly the finest example of how NOT to speak to your customers. I arrived back from an overnight transatlantic flight in a party of four, two of whom are pregnant and one a pensioner. We called Flying Scot from baggage reclaim and told them we were just picking up our cases. They told us to phone again when we had them, which we did. Walked out to the stand, to see the minibus departing without us. We figured the driver must have picked up other travellers and would come straight back for us once he'd dropped them off. Waited 15 minutes, during which the other courtesy buses came and went at least twice. Phoned again, to be told by the snotty receptionist that the driver had left as we hadn't arrived quickly enough. She said he would come back for us. She didn't add, 'Once he's finished his cup of tea', but we're guessing that's what was going on - either that, or we were just being punished for not getting through the airport quickly enough. Waited another 30 minutes in the FREEZING cold, and eventually decided to walk the 15 minutes to their car park. We were almost two-thirds of the way there when the minibus passed us, presumably on its way to get us.
Got to the office and asked for our keys, to be greeted with a barrage of abuse by the receptionist, who told us the driver had gone THREE TIMES looking for us - a barefaced lie, as we walked the route he would have driven, and he passed us only once. No explanation as to why we'd been kept waiting in the cold for close on 45 minutes. Having read the other reviews here, I wish we'd done our research more closely. Won't be using them again, and heartily recommend you do likewise. The valet parking at the airport is head and shoulders above this and, frankly, worth the extra money.
